Join Us at the Upcoming Health Fair on November 2nd!

COHO, in partnership with El Centro, Community Health Connections, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, is excited to invite you to participate in our upcoming Health Fair on November 2nd. This event aims to provide essential health services to our local children and families at no cost.

We would be honored to have you as a service provider offering vital services such as vision and dental screenings, and immunizations and so much more. Please complete the registration form below to confirm the services you will provide:

Service providers will be provided with a table and two chairs. Registration as a service provider does not require an exhibitor or sponsor registration.
